Please read all Terms & Conditions carefully and understand how they apply to you as a consumer. By making a purchase of a service (readings, healings etc) or product (crystals, candles, etc) you acknowledge that you are agreeing to these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

None of our products or services are a substitute for professional help, medical, legal or otherwise.

We do not make recommendations about health , all information is guidance and for entertainment only.

Any actions taken after a service are the sole responsibility of the individual.

1) Return Policy
Please choose carefully as items or services purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable.

2) Privacy Policy
All client information is stored as securely as possible. This information is only used for the purpose for which the information was provided. We do not sell your information. Information is not given out unless required to by law. Confidentiality is important to us and we do our best to maintain the highest level to the best of our ability. Digital information is stored on a device that is password protected and any hardcopy documents are stored in a locked filing cabinet in at locked location.

3) Services

Our services are provided to person/s over the age of 18.

People under 18 must obtain the consent of a consent of a parent or guardian before any services can be provided, excluding readings.

Must be 18+ to book a reading.

We take no responsibility for how the information provided is used after the completion of service, we aim to provide guidance only.
-
It is the choice of the client how they choose to use the information provided whether that is of benefit to themselves or not.

4) Reserve the Right

To refuse treatment to anyone at any time

To update these terms and conditions without notification.

To remove any account that has been deemed in breech of these terms & conditions without notice.

if we feel the client requires something outside our scope of practice.

5) Complaints
Complaints are handled in accordance with our complaints handling policy. If you would like to make a complaint or would like a copy of this policy please contact us.

6) Appointment Bookings must be paid in full before Appointment is confirmed.

Phone: Bookings can be paid via direct debit or in person at the shop by the end of the day of booking before appointment is confirmed.
Please message a copy of your receipt within 24hrs for proof of payment through to: 0429 077 765

In person: Must be paid in full at time of booking.

7) Late Arrival
-
We always do out best to ensure a full treatment for every customer upon their appointment. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to the remaining time, and we retain the right to charge a full treatment fee. Please call us if you are running late.

We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your understanding that our staff and other customers are the same. Our appointments usually run back-to-back, and we strictly keep requested appointments starting on time.

We recommend you plan on arriving 5 minutes before your appointment time. It allows you to have a relaxed, unhurried experience, complete required paperwork and make the most of your treatment. If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to keep the other appointments on schedule, and a full session will be charged.

8) Cancellations

In respect to our wait-listed and our therapist’s time, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment, or move your appointment to a later time, with less than 2 hours (office hours) notice of the original appointment time, we will request a Therapist's Fee of $25.00.
-
This fee will be due at the time of cancelling/moving the appointment and must be paid before any other appointments can be confirmed, via in person, phone or website bookings.

9) No Shows
-
If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hrs in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked, there will be no refunding payments.

Fee exemption for emergency consideration is at the discretion of the management and reason must be verifiable.

10) ZERO TOLERANCE
To ensure the safety of our clients and staff we have a zero tolerance for abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour. If your behaviour makes anyone on the premises feel unsafe you will be asked to leave and we may call NSW Police. This includes but is not limited to the following:​

In respect to all our therapists’ personal safety and professional boundaries any conduct that is deemed inappropriate, threatening or abusive (physical or verbal) will be taken seriously.

Excuses of “I was just joking” or anything along those lines will not be accepted, you will be asked to leave the premises immediately.

We do not and will not accept any kind of threatening or abusive behaviour directed at any staff or clients within our premises or online.
-
Any requests for sexual activities will not be tolerated, will be viewed as solicitation, and reported to the relevant authorities. As a result, your treatment will end immediately and you will not be rescheduled or refunded.

11) Prices
-
Prices are subject to change without warning - we try to keep our prices as low as possible however we do still need to keep the business running (prices may change if our suppliers put their prices up)

All card payments will include a 1.9% surcharge.

12) Cold/Flu Symptoms
-
Please notify if you are feeling unwell or have come down with some kind of virus.
-
We ask that you wait 48hrs after the end of the last symptom before entering the shop again.
-
We ask that you please remember our therapists also have families and it is unfair to come in for your appointment when sick and risk "sharing" germs or viruses with staff. Although we do our utmost to keep things clean and sanitary to the best of our abilities staying home when sick helps us all keep safe and healthy.

13) Complaint Resolution
For the resolution of any complaints please raise the issue through the "Contact Us" section of the website. The issues will then be addressed in accordance with our "Complaints Handling Policy" and these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us if you require a copy of our "Complaints Handling Policy"

14)Exclusion of liability
I agree to and unconditionally release, waive, discharge and forever hold harmless, the business Crysta Healing Crystals* or any of its employees, agents, directors or officers, from any claims as a result of any personal injury sustained, whether caused by the business’s negligent act or wilful act or omission, breach of contract, breach of statutory duty, error, or otherwise in connection with or arising out of the Activities or products. I agree that the business will not be liable for any claims for personal injury that may be brought against it as a result of or in connection with any act, omission, default, failure or error on the part of the business, and agree to indemnify and keep indemnified the business in respect of any such claims.

All Materials presented verbally, in all digital formats and in writing are the intellectual property of Crysta Healing Crystals and is subject to copyright, and cannot be used or redistributed without consent.

Product Photos where available are for references only, and may differ slightly or significantly from actual appearance of product due to lighting, camera capabilities and stock availability. Especially in the case of natural formations such as crystals.
