Service Description

This report is conducted is conducted remotely where the practitioner assess the energies around you to provide a report on the follow sections: Spirit Team: As we go through life we have a multitude of different energies that work with us for our highest good. These can be any combination of Angels, Star beings, Deities, Ascended Masters, Ancestors, Nature Spirits and Animal Spirits. Aura: The colours of your aura ebb and change depending on the situations and emotions that you experience throughout life. Chakras: The chakras are energy centres within the body; when balance represent optimal emotional and physical well-being. If energy becomes blocked in one of the chakras, it triggers physical, mental, or emotional imbalance. In the report you will receive: • A list of the guides that are around you at the present moment and their purpose. • An intuitively coloured picture representation of your aura at the time of the reading noting any imbalances that maybe present. • A list of the main chakras and their current state of health at the time of the reading given in a %, notes of any intuitively felt aspects that maybe contributing to any imbalances.


Cancellation Policy

Appointment Bookings must be paid in full before Appointment is confirmed. Phone: Bookings can be paid via direct debit or in person at the shop by the end of the day of booking before appointment is confirmed. Please message a copy of your receipt for proof of payment through to: 0429 077 765 In person: Must be paid in full at time of booking. Late Arrival We always do out best to ensure a full treatment for every customer upon the appointment. However, if you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to the remaining time, and we retain the right to charge a full treatment fee. Please call us if you are running late. We respect that your time is valuable, and we appreciate your understanding that other customers are the same. Our appointments usually run back-to-back, and we strictly keep requested appointments starting on time. We recommend you plan on arriving 5 minutes before your appointment time. It allows you to have a relaxed, unhurried experience, complete required paperwork  and make the most of your treatment. If you arrive late, your appointment time may be shortened to keep the other appointments on schedule, and a full session may be charged. Cancellations In respect to our wait-listed and our therapist’s time, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel an appointment.  If you need to cancel your appointment, or move your appointment to a later time, with less than 2 hours (office hours) notice of the original appointment time, we will request a Therapist's Fee of $25.00. This fee will be due at the time of cancelling/moving the appointment and must be paid before any other appointments can be confirmed, via in person, phone or website bookings. ​ No Shows If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hrs in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the treatment as booked, there will be no refunding payments. Fee exemption for emergency consideration is at the discretion of the management and reason must be verifiable.
